My name is Rosabelle Thompson, and I am proud to serve as the Administrator at Safe Harbor Amore, where compassion, dignity, and love are at the heart of everything we do.

Caring for others has always been more than a career for me — it is truly my calling. I have a deep passion for serving seniors and ensuring they feel safe, valued, respected, and supported during every stage of life. I believe our residents deserve not only exceptional care, but also genuine kindness, patience, and a place they can truly call home.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I have seen how meaningful small acts of compassion can be. Whether it is listening to a resident’s story, comforting a family member, or creating joyful moments throughout the day, I believe these personal connections make all the difference. I have also learned how important it is for residents to be truly known  where caregivers notice the little things, understand individual needs, and treat every resident with dignity and respect.

Because Safe Harbor Amore is locally owned and intentionally residential, we are able to remain closely connected to both residents and their families. Communication is personal, care is adaptable, and support evolves as needs change. This allows us to create a calm, nurturing environment where residents feel secure, maintain their independence, and truly feel at home — while families enjoy peace of mind.

The name Safe Harbor Amore reflects what I hope every resident experiences here: a safe place filled with love, comfort, peace, and compassionate care. Seniors have spent their lives caring for others, building families, and contributing to their communities. They deserve respect, comfort, and exceptional care in return.

At Safe Harbor Amore, our mission is to provide superior care in a loving and compassionate setting. My goal as Administrator is to lead with integrity, promote excellence in care, and create a warm environment where every resident feels cherished, supported, and at home.
